Efficient solutions for aircraft operators and organizations.
Fenix Aviation Corp is an aviation services company focused on providing efficient solutions for aircraft operators and organizations. We work across aircraft parts and procurement, maintenance and repair support, aircraft acquisition, interiors, paint and livery, and aviation consulting.
We operate internationally through a network of aviation suppliers, maintenance facilities, repair stations and industry partners. That network is what allows a customer to bring a requirement to one company and have it managed through to completion, rather than assembling it themselves across several markets.
Our customers include private aircraft owners, corporate operators, institutional customers and government aviation organizations — environments where documentation, procedure and schedule matter as much as price.
Four principles.
Reliability
Aviation runs on commitments that hold. We take on what we can deliver, keep customers informed while a requirement is in progress, and are straightforward when a part, a slot or a timeline is not achievable.
Expertise
Aircraft parts, maintenance planning and acquisition each carry their own technical language and documentation. We work in that language so our customers do not have to translate between suppliers, facilities and their own operation.
Efficiency
Most of what we do is removing steps: one point of contact instead of a chain of intermediaries, sourcing and logistics handled together, and decisions put in front of the customer with the information needed to make them.
Global reach
Our supplier and facility relationships extend across the Americas, Europe and international aviation markets — which is what makes it possible to locate components and capacity that are not available locally.
Between the operator and the market.
Aviation supply is fragmented. Parts sit with distributors, surplus dealers and repair facilities across different countries; maintenance capacity is scattered across specialised shops. We work that market on behalf of the operator — locating, qualifying, negotiating and coordinating logistics — so the aircraft gets what it needs.
