We work our supplier network to locate the component in the condition required, including repair and exchange routes where they make sense.
Quotation
You receive the available options with price, condition, documentation and lead time so the choice can be made on the facts.
Logistics
Once confirmed, we coordinate shipping, documentation and delivery through to the aircraft or facility.

An aircraft-on-ground situation changes the problem: the constraint is time, not price. We prioritise AOG requests, work the network for the fastest realistic route to a serviceable component — purchase, exchange or repair — and coordinate logistics to get it moving.
